The ICEM Village in Hamburg’s HafenCity is more than just a place to stay. It’s our way of creating something truly new in the world of medical conferences: a space designed for connection – inspired by the spirit of the Olympic Village.

A communal space, buzzling with young EM professionals, making accommodation affordable for everyone.
We know accommodation can be a heavy financial burden on young and early career conference attendees. To address this, we’ve created the ICEM Camp: an entire hostel that will be buzzling full of young EM professionals from all over the world – providing not just a place to sleep, but a shared space and community. With this ultra-affordable option at 25-30 € per person per night we aim to empower everyone to attend and be part of this unique experience that is ICEM 2026.
