Conventus has taken the highest possible precautions regard to data protection and the handling of personal data of all congress participants.
Correspond only directly with the hotels you have found on the conference website or in person. If hotel bookings are made via Conventus, correspondence will always take place via e-mail addresses ending in @conventus.de.
Always be wary of emails, links and attachments from unknown or suspicious sources.
A reputable company should be identifiable by a detailed business email signature and should contact you personally (mention of the full name).
If necessary, contact the consumer advice centre and/or the police.

Parking fees are EUR 3.00 per hour, with a daily maximum rate of EUR 28.00 (24 hours). It is not possible to reserve a parking space. The entrance height is 2.10 m.

We know accommodation can be a heavy financial burden on young and early career conference attendees. To address this, we’ve created the ICEM Camp: an entire hostel that will be buzzling full of young EM professionals from all over the world – providing not just a place to sleep, but a shared space and community. With this ultra-affordable option at 25-30 € per person per night we aim to empower everyone to attend and be part of this unique experience that is ICEM 2026.

Since 1 January 2025, the accommodation tax in Hamburg has been staggered and it applies per person per night.
The tax per overnight guest with a net fee of up to:
10,00 EUR - 0,00 EUR
25,00 EUR - 0,64 EUR
50,00 EUR - 1,28 EUR
100,00 EUR - 2,57 EUR
150,00 EUR - 3,85 EUR
200,00 EUR - 5,14 EUR
For rates above 200,00 EUR, the tax increases by 1,28 EUR for each additional 50,00 EUR of net rate. If a room is used by several people, the total price of the room is generally divided among the number of people.
