Childcare will be provided for children from two up to twelve years of age.

Detailed information
We offer half day child care. Parents are kindly asked to supervise their children during the lunch break and to provide them with their midday meal.
Only children of registered participants can be accepted for childcare. Please have your participant number ready when registering your child.
Water and tea, as well as fruits and small snacks will be provided for the children. Please note, that lunch has to be organised by the parents as lunch meal is not included.
The program is designed as an open creative and movement workshop where children can arrive at a central base station and freely explore different activities.
In the creative workshop, children can craft and design through small upcycling projects such as bead bracelets or painted masks. In the movement workshop, they can try playful circus activities like juggling, plate spinning, simple acrobatics, or easy magic tricks.
The program is flexible so children can participate according to their age, interests, and energy level. The childcare team supports children in several languages, including English, Spanish, French, Italian, and Portuguese.

The ICEM conference covers costs for providing room, equipment, drinks and snacks.
The following costs are charged solely to cover the staffing of the childcare service. The rate is already subsidized by the congress.
Half day: 120.00 EUR
Full day: 180.00 EUR
We hope for your understanding that childcare can only be offered if we receive at least 8 bookings per day. The deadline is 5 May.
Individual Childcare
Individual childcare can be booked through the provider (max. 3 children at the same time).
50 EUR per hour, minimum booking 3 hours
Infant care
Children under the age of two are cared for exclusively with a 1:1 supervision ratio.
