What are the key deadlines for exhibitors regarding the stand?

When will the industry exhibition be open?
The industry exhibition will take place from 10–12 June 2026 (Wednesday to Friday). Further information will be available from March 2026 with the exhibitor details.
When will we receive the stand plan?
The stand plan will be provided together with the exhibitor information in March.
When will the exhibitor’s information be sent?
The exhibitor information, along with the stand plan, will be sent to all registered exhibitors in March.
When can we order electricity, furniture, carpet, or other stand equipment?
With the dispatch of the exhibitor information and stand plan in March, you will also receive an enquiry form for your exhibitor requirements, including all prices. You can then conveniently place your individual orders.

Is catering provided for participants in the exhibition hall?
Yes, complimentary catering in the form of snacks will be available to participants in the exhibition hall.
Is it advisable to offer stand catering at your own booth?
Yes, stand catering is highly recommended.
