At ICEM 2026, Dr. Marathe presents "Suit Up for Survival: A Superhero Blueprint for EM Clinician Health span and Longevity." Fusing evidence-based science with Marvel-inspired storytelling, she enlists Doctor Strange to help clinicians master their "hero years." The keynote explores the physiological toll of shift work—from circadian disruption to metabolic risks—while delivering a masterclass in survival. Attendees will gain a "superhero blueprint" of validated strategies, including sleep hygiene, nutritional protocols, and structured peer support. Blending humour with frontline reality, Dr. Marathe challenges clinicians to move beyond mere endurance and reclaim their peak vitality.
